By placing an order through sherionealphotography.pixieset.com, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please review carefully prior to purchase. These terms apply to all orders, domestic and international, and may be updated at any time without notice.

 
Print Use & Copyright
All prints are sold for personal use only. Prints may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, sold, or used for commercial, editorial, or promotional purposes. All images remain the exclusive property and copyright of Sheri Oneal. No copyright transfer is granted with purchase.

 
Print Fulfillment & Shipping
All products are custom-made to order and fulfilled by a professional third-party print lab (ProDPI). Orders may be printed and shipped from locations within or outside the United States, depending on destination.

Delivery times may vary by location and customs processing. Sheri Oneal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

 
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are not controlled by Sheri Oneal.

 
Refunds & Replacements
All sales are non-refundable. Replacements will be issued only in the event of:

Damage incurred during shipping
Incorrect image or product received

To qualify for a replacement:

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned in original condition
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Claims for missing items must be reported within 10 days of shipment.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for replacement processing.

 
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior authorization, refused shipments, or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus applicable shipping charges.

 
Accuracy of Listings
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Sheri Oneal reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders resulting from typographical, photographic, or pricing errors.

 
Limitation of Liability
Sheri Oneal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to any purchase. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product.

 
Privacy
Personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process and fulfill orders. Payment transactions are securely handled by third-party providers. Customer information is never sold or shared beyond what is necessary for order fulfillment.

 
Governing Law
All purchases are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. By placing an order, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.
