Created along the long stretch of Route 66 through Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, this photography collection preserves fragments of American history before they disappear. Weathered storefronts, fading signs, and quiet roadside landmarks were captured as acts of preservation—moments held still in time. Over six days traveling the highway with friends, I took photographs to honor a road that shaped generations, transforming iconic places into lasting memories of the past.
